Rehabilitation

Injured, sick, neonatal kittens

Rehabilitation is at the heart of what we do. Many of the cats and kittens who come into our care are fragile, battling illness, recovering from injury or just starting life as tiny newborns who need round-the-clock support. Helping them heal is never easy, but with patience, dedication and lots of love, it is always worth it.

Thanks to the cooperation of our community, the dedication of our volunteers and the expertise of some truly amazing veterinarians we are able to give these souls a fighting chance. Each recovery is a small miracle and seeing a once sick kitten grow strong, playful and ready for adoption is one of the most rewarding parts of our mission.

Rescue

Helping Those in Need

At Happy Cat Sanctuary, rescue is where it all begins. Everyday stray abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in Strathmore and Wheatland County face uncertain futures. Our mission is to give them hope.

Whether it's pulling a kitten from a dangerous situation, bringing a sick or injured cat to safety, or offering a second chance to one that has been forgotten, we are committed to being there. We work tirelessly to ensure that every cat we rescue has the opportunity to heal, thrive, and find a loving forever home.
